Your audience deserves
more than a lecture.

We bring frameworks, stories, and genuine interaction — not slides on autopilot.

Liberated Leaders speaks to business owners, financial advisors, and professional associations on the topics they're not talking about yet — but urgently need to. Our sessions are educational, engaging, and designed to spark real conversations long after we leave the stage.

THE SPEAKERS

Two superpowers.

One powerful stage presence.

Alan and Tina bring complementary expertise that makes every engagement richer - whether they’re presenting together or individually.

Alan Fuhs

Alan doesn't just speak at events — he's built them. As a veteran event organizer including TEDx Asheville, he understands exactly what event organizers need: a professional who shows up prepared, runs to time, and makes the whole day feel seamless. As a facilitator and emcee, he has a rare gift for creating energy and participation in a room — turning an audience of strangers into an engaged community.

ALAN'S SUPERPOWERS

  • Event organizer experience — he knows what you need before you ask

  • Master facilitator and emcee with natural audience energy

  • Creating interaction and participation in any room size or format

Tina Dao

Tina is a master of making complex ideas feel inevitable. With a background spanning corporate strategy, university settings, and entrepreneurship, she introduces frameworks through story — inviting audiences into a new way of seeing their business, not lecturing them about it. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and the architect of Liberated Leaders' work with business owners methodology.

TINA'S SUPERPOWERS

  • Storytelling that reframes how owners see their own business

  • Introducing complex ideas (succession, value, exit) without triggering fear

  • Building trust quickly with rooms full of skeptics

Together: Your audience gets the best of both worlds.

When Alan and Tina co-present, you get Alan's facilitation energy and audience engagement mastery paired with Tina's depth of expertise and storytelling. Their flagship presentations are designed as a duo for maximum impact.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Engagement is the point.

Across every format — from keynote to panel — we design for active participation. Because people remember what they do, not just what they hear.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What event organizers ask us.

  • We often waive speaking fees, depending on the audience and the event. Our goal is educational impact, not revenue from the stage. Let's talk about your event — if it's a good fit for our mission, we'll make it work.

  • We bring our own laptops and can handle most standard setups (projector + screen, or confidence monitor). If your venue has specific requirements or restrictions, just let us know in advance and we'll coordinate.

  • Absolutely. Whether your audience is architects, contractors, financial advisors, or chamber members, we adapt examples, language, and framing to speak directly to their world. We'll ask you questions upfront to get it right.

  • Simple. Schedule a call with Alan using the link on this page. We'll discuss your audience, goals, and event details. If it's a fit, we'll confirm the date, format, and any customization needed. Then we show up and deliver.
