THE SPEAKERS
Two superpowers.
One powerful stage presence.
Alan and Tina bring complementary expertise that makes every engagement richer - whether they’re presenting together or individually.
Alan Fuhs
Success Architect | Co-founder
Alan has organized and facilitated events from intimate salons to TEDx productions, which means he walks into every engagement already knowing what you need. On stage, he brings something harder to teach: the ability to hold a room of hundreds while making each person feel like he's talking directly to them. His sessions are high-energy, deeply interactive, and designed to move people, not just inform them.
ALAN'S SUPERPOWERS
Event organizer experience — he knows what you need before you ask
Master facilitator and emcee with natural audience energy
Connection at scale — turning any room into an engaging shared experience
Tina Dao
Success Architect | Founder
Tina has done what few speakers can claim; led strategy at Amazon, Fitbit, and Walmart, launched her own company, and taught in the university classroom. That range is exactly why she can take the most complex business concepts and break them down into stories that reframe how an audience sees their own situation. People don't leave her sessions with notes they'll never read. They leave with a new lens and a clear next step.
TINA'S SUPERPOWERS
Storytelling that reframes how owners see their own business
Makes the uncomfortable feel possible - exit, succession, AI disruption
Building trust quickly with rooms full of skeptics
Together: the room comes alive
Alan's facilitation energy and Tina's storytelling depth — in the same room, on the same stage, working in concert.

The Business Independence Lifecycle
Every business moves through five stages of development. Most owners do not know what stage their business is actually in, and that gap is costing them growth, freedom, and options. This session introduces the Business Independence Lifecycle and gives every attendee an immediate picture of where their business stands.
Speakers: Tina and/or Alan | Audience: Business Owners · Executive Peer Groups · Chambers | Takeaway: Business Independence Lifecycle framework + Free Diagnostic access
-
Succession Planning for Private Business Owners
Most owners know they should plan for succession. They also cannot quite imagine doing it. This talk starts there. It breaks the taboo around succession conversations and gives owners a clear, non-threatening first step, without making it feel like they are preparing to leave something they love.
Speakers: Tina and/or Alan | Audience: Business Owners · Advisors
Takeaway: The 5 Stages of Value Maturity + a clear first action
-
Through Succession Planning and Employee Ownership
In NC alone, over 1,700 businesses owned by people 55 or older employ 26,000 workers and represent $1 billion in local payroll. Without succession plans, those businesses risk disappearing. This panel explores the community stakes and the options available, for owners, for employees, and for communities.
Speakers: Tina · Alan · ESOP Expert · Local Economic Leader | Audience: Chambers · Rotary · CEO Forums | Takeaway: Local economic data, transition options, coalition resources
-
What Your Calendar Cannot Measure
High performance is not about doing more. It is about protecting what matters most. This session reframes how leaders think about time, energy, and delegation as strategic resources. Not administrative problems. Attendees leave with a personal energy audit and a delegation decision framework they can use immediately.
Speakers: Alan and/or Tina | Audience: Leaders · Executives · Business Owners | Takeaway: Personal energy audit + delegation decision framework
For Financial Advisors
These sessions are designed for financial advisor associations, study groups, and firm training events. They are also the entry point for Liberation Partners.

A New Edge for Business Owner Clients
73% of financial advisors lose their business owner clients the moment the business sells. Not because they did anything wrong. Because there was one conversation they never had. This session opens that door, giving advisors a new framework for serving the whole life of their most valuable clients.
Speakers: Tina and/or Alan | Audience: Financial Advisors · Advisor Associations · Study Groups | Takeaway: The four dimensions framework + Liberation Partners introduction
-
The Business Maturity Diagnostic
A hands-on working session where financial advisors learn to use the Business Maturity Diagnostic with their business owner clients. Advisors leave with a tool they can use in their next client meeting and a clear picture of how to start having the conversations that build lifetime relationships.
